What is Predictive Victory Dynamics in Genshin Impact?

Predictive Victory Dynamics is a Version 7.1 event built around an in-game combat simulator hosted by Vigee, Liliuo and Wislawa. Instead of fighting yourself, you study two teams, decide which side wins, and back your read with Victory Emblems. Across the event there are 16 battles grouped into 8 rounds, and a new round opens every 24 hours.

To join you need Adventure Rank 20 or higher and the Archon Quest Prologue, Act III — “Song of the Dragon and Freedom” completed. The event also recommends finishing Archon Quest Chapter VII, Act IV “A Rekviem for the Underworld” for the best experience, but it is not required.

Predictive Victory Dynamics schedule — all 8 rounds

A new round opens every 24 hours and each round carries two battles — 16 battles in total. Predictions for a round lock when its window closes, and unclaimed rounds forfeit their participation rewards, so plan a daily check-in (all dates in server time):

How predictions work: Victory Emblems, Support Rate and score

Every round you receive a fresh batch of Victory Emblems. You assign them to the team you think will win each of the round's two battles — for example, 100 Emblems split 50/50 across both matchups, or stacked 80/20 when one result feels like a lock. More Emblems on a correct pick means more score, so confident reads deserve heavier allocations.

Each side also shows a Support Rate — the share of players backing it. The Support Rate acts as a score multiplier: a winning pick on a low-support side pays out far more than the same pick on a heavy favorite. Riding favorites keeps your score safe, but the big multipliers live on the underdog side.

After each battle resolves you can watch a replay, and your Prediction Score grows based on the result, how many Emblems you assigned, and the multiplier. A wrong pick simply does not pay out — there is no penalty or negative carryover. What does cost you is skipping a round entirely: its participation rewards expire once the prediction window closes.

All Predictive Victory Dynamics rewards

Rewards come in two tracks: participation (show up and stake anything) and Prediction Score milestones earned across the whole event. Both tracks pay in Primogems, so a full run clears 9 lines:

Prediction tips to max your score

  1. Check in every single day. A new round opens every 24 hours and each round's participation rewards expire when its prediction window closes — you cannot clear eight rounds on the last day.
  2. Read both lineups before you spend Emblems. Tap each avatar to compare ATK, Max HP and combat skills, and check the starting positions — they shape how the simulated fight unfolds.
  3. Factor in the HP drain. Both sides lose HP continuously as time passes in a battle, so late-match staying power counts when you compare lineups.
  4. Use the Support Rate as a risk dial. Favorites are the safe score; underdogs pay bigger multipliers when they win. A balanced split — most Emblems on your best read, a side bet on a value underdog — keeps one bad round from sinking your milestones.
  5. Do not chase every underdog. One upset win is a bonus; three missed favorites in a row is a hole your score milestones never climb out of.
  6. Watch the replays, especially from the Quarterfinals on. They show which units and skills actually decide fights, and that is exactly the information you need for the next round's prediction.
